USA and the US-Ci is an international non-profit humanitarian relief organization. We have long been committed to helping the world's suffering, poverty and oppression, and other problems of the people.
Since the establishment in 1979, Mercy Corps has 81 countries provided more than 10 billion dollars in funding. Because of the rapid response assistance projects, while the far-reaching reputation in the United States and the international community.
Over the past two years, Mercy in a row as the nation's best 100 charitable organizations. As in the United States, Hong Kong and the establishment of the headquarters of Scotland, Mercy Corps International humanitarian assistance has become a big family.
At present, we are more than 2,100 employees around the world are more than 35 countries around seven million people relief. We have more than 92% of the donations are used for direct assistance to various projects. These assistance projects include:
- From the war and disputes arising from natural disasters, emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction.
- Sustainable economic development: agriculture, economic development, health, housing, environmental protection, education and infrastructure construction.
- Civil society to move: to encourage citizens to participate in the spirit of the rule of law, dedication, responsibility and obligation to work for peace and conflict resolution.
