China's poverty alleviation fund and credit
China's poverty alleviation Foundation was established in March 1989, is specialized in anti-poverty work of the national non-governmental organizations.
This is a non-profit organization, but different from the country's civil servants, while wages are relatively stable, but certainly not very high.
